Good toys, shipping could be faster

I ordered the 'Plush Pizza Slice' and a bag of 'Soft Dog Treats' for my beagle. The quality of both was really good; the toy has held up surprisingly well against her chewing. The treats were a hit too, she loved them. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Florida, which felt a little slow compared to some other online pet stores. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, it was a solid purchase, just wish delivery was a touch quicker.

Consistent quality, always reliable

I've been a BarkBox subscriber for over a year now, and I just ordered one of their 'seasonal toy bundles' from the shop. Like always, the items were high quality. The toys are consistently durable, and the treats are always a hit with my terrier. It's why I keep coming back. This bundle arrived in about five days, which was the usual shipping time for me. I appreciate that I know what to expect with BarkShop; they're very reliable.

Amazing Super Chewer box!

My dog just demolished every toy from other brands, so I tried Super Chewer for the first time and it was fantastic! The 'Tough Chew Toys' and 'Nylon Chews' they sent in the April box are indestructible. I can't believe it. My husky is finally tired out from trying to chew these up. This is a game changer for us. I will definitely be staying subscribed!

Got a great harness!

Needed a new harness for my pug, so I checked out BarkShop. Found a 'dog harness' that looked pretty comfy. It arrived in about 4 days, which was good. Fits him really well and seems sturdy. He doesn't pull as much on walks now either. Overall, it was a pretty easy experience, no complaints here. Happy with the purchase for sure.

Good treats, fast shipping

Ordered some 'freeze-dried treats' and 'poop bags'. Both arrived quickly, in about 3 days. My dog liked the treats a lot. Everything was as expected. Will probably order again.

Detailed review of my BarkBox order

I placed an order for a 'BarkBox monthly subscription' for my golden retriever. The sign-up process on the website was very straightforward, and I appreciated being able to input her size and preferences. The first box arrived in about 8 business days after I subscribed, which is reasonable. Inside, I found two unique plush toys, one shaped like a 'movie themed dog toy' (a little popcorn bucket), and two bags of 'soft dog treats'. The quality of the toys seems good, with durable stitching. My dog immediately took to the popcorn toy. The treats were also well-received; I checked the ingredients and they seemed wholesome. I had a question about changing my dog's size profile for future boxes, and their customer service chat was quick to respond and very helpful. Everything was packaged neatly, and nothing was damaged. I'm looking forward to the next box.
